Mission: Meeting the Q
Location: Captains Quarters
Timeline: Current

While the captain was sitting in her quarters she was wondering about her new first officer. Wondered if she was really getting one. However, a notice from Fleet Admiral Walker while he was out on his dinner date with his new girlfriend, is that there is a new First Officer coming on board. She sat in her quarters and started to read a book but then she decided to set it down and went to her desk and looked over the commanders record. However, not much to tell on her record except it was spotless and clean and was impressed with her. Captain Jones had then decided to have her new first officer come and meet her in her quarters in a private setting. However not knowing her new first officers relationship status was completely unknown.

Sandra made her way to the captain's ready room and hit the chime to the the door and waited.

Amelia had heard the chine go off and sat there with a smile. "enter." Amelia had said. As the door opened up for the new commanders arrival. Amelia had then sat up and smiled even more but realized that her had just spilled her coffee all over herself because of how cute and beautiful her new first officer was.

Sandy walked in, noticing the spilled coffee. "Captain are you alright?", she said looking for a napkin to wipe some of the coffee from her tunic. "I hope you did not spill it on my account? That will never do!" She exclaimed.

"Heh no. I just wasn't expecting you so soon commander. Please come in sit down." She said with a smile and was super happy.

"Am I too early? I can come back at a later time", Sandy said looking at the cute captain.

"It's okay commander. Your actually on time. It is before the vengeance goes out in her very first mission. So I'm glad you here." She said looking at the cute commander in front of her.

Something dawned on Sandy, she was very attracted to this woman, although she wasn't sure if the feeling was mutual. "Then I wasn't to early then. Pleasure to meet you love...um captain", she said as her face reddened in embarrassment at the slip of the lip.

Amelia smiled and looked at her first officer and blushed. "Well commander the pleasure is all mine. However, I can tell as you are human and as I am a betazoid, I can tell you are attracted to me. Well the feelings mutual." She said.

Laughing slightly, "Well captain, I am, and I hate to correct a superior officer, but I am Betazoid as well!", Sandy said chuckling.

"Well that is even better having a nice cute betazoid on board with me as we both are betazoids. I mean you are very cute." She smiled as she stood up from behind her desk
walked up to her first officer and kissed her.

Sandy, aware of what the captain meant, returned the kiss. "And Captain I find you not only cute but very desirable as well,", said Sandy.

"Well I must admit I love it. And I love you. Also, I love your service record commander. It's impressive. Got a few medals, got a few recommendations. I'm impressed beautiful." She said with a lot of compliments.

"It has been a long time in searching for a desirable woman such as you. I have been rather longing in that point in my life. Looking for a partner who shares the same affection as I", Sandy piped. Looking into Amelia's eyes. ~~~Can you tell what I am thinking~~~ went the thought from Sandy.

Thought the thoughts of Amelia to Sandy 'Will you be my girlfriend my darling first officer' she said through the thoughts between the two.

~~~Most definitely~~~Sandy sent the thought back to Amelia. Sandy then kissed the captain this time passionately. The emotions were there as the two women kissed.

Amelia then kissed Sandy back with passion and realized that they can't allow to have their personal feelings cloud their judgement as Starfleet officers. But then still they didn't care. "Sandy I love you." She said.

Breaking the kiss, "We have to be professional as well. We can't allow our feelings to get in the way of our duties. As your first officer, I will always make sure you are safe. It is my job Amelia. Believe me, my personal feelings will not get in the way of that. Now Amelia I do truly love you", she added.

"I love you too Sandy. And I agree. Now back to your service record. Not exactly what is all on your record. Where all did you serve on and at. Just curious." She said.

"Well Amelia, I served six years of service only. Started out as their CAG and flew their fighters. When not flying, I took turns in flying the ship. The captain bent the rules so to speak and put me in the rotation. She was a beautiful ship to fly. We were suddenly attacked from no where and I was at the helm. Not terrified, I executed escape vectors and made it out briefly. The first hit killed the XO and severely injured the CO and since I was the next highest ranking officer it fell on me to take control and I did. I fought off more fighters and limped back home", Sandy replied.

"Sounds like you had a rough time out there without a CO and a XO. But hey it's nice to have you on board here on the vengence." Amelia said with a smile.
